House Rules

Please respect our home. If there is anything that needs attention, please reach out to me or our handyman.

No more than 8 persons in the house at any time.

No large gatherings or parties.

Please do not start a fire or burn anything in fireplace.

Please leave the house as you found it.  If you move furniture around please put it back.

We have a Handy man and a house cleaner.  They will do all the maintenance between guest visits.

Please remove wet and muddy shoes when arriving.

The entry code will expire 30 min after checkout.  Please checkout on time to allow cleaners enough time to reset the house for the next guest. :)
